We are refreshed, energized and filled with ideas to take the Pod and the Brand to the next level! Also... if you haven't noticed already, we made a few changes during our little hiatus like... changing the name of the podcast! 

I know it's hard to accept at first, but it was a change that we felt needed to be done to move forward professionally with the Pod (Trust me, it wasn't an easy decision).

We will still be the Y&D crew, as that is part of our identity and is ingrained forever in what we do, but moving forward we will be formally known as The GetChoGrindUp Podcast .

Now that we are back from our break we have tons of news to share!

We know we were gone for a while, but we promise that we won't leave you like that again!
