Christine's story is probably familiar to many caregivers, people pleasers, and people who give to others before they take care of themselves.
Born to a difficult mother, she learned to be good, do what was asked, and put herself last or never.
After COVID, Christine felt different. She didn't know what was wrong. Only that something was.
She discovered Compassion Fatigue and named it Compassion Depletion. She was spent and had to take time to take care of herself.
Thankfully she was able to take time off and discover herself. She decided to write a book to help others who may be experiencing the
same thing.
