Since my hair was still good from my professional hairdresser, we decided to do another interview where Mark got to address one of his issues.  As usual, it was fraught with control issues, interrupting each other, and getting unstuck.  And it was all in fun, please don't take offense.  We are all good.

Some people comment on our relationship.  They can't believe we can be partners in raising our kids and partners in owning a house.  It's transformation.  It's communication.  It's a willingness to not be right.

I'm not saying it's easy, but, it's possible.

Interviewing Chelsea Moore was eye opening and educational.  Chelsea is the US representative for Drawing and Talking, an intervention method for children who have had trauma or anxiety.  This groundbreaking technology is fascinating, effective and here in the US.

This was a bold, courageous move to work out some issues I was having with my ex husband in front of the camera.  I am still learning how to do a video show so bear with me.  If you have an ex anything, I think you will be entertained by this very real and on the spot conversation with Mark Burns, my "former" husband.

I used this interview to create freedom when I was stuck.  It took something to say what I needed to say out loud. But I did it and it worked.  Enjoy this interview.

Josh Orlean suffered two serious strokes.  And yet, he continues to give back by educating others in plant based nutrition.  His passion for making a contribution to people's health has him leading seminars and impacting the lives of others, despite having his speech and other physical capabilities limited. 

Josh had a family history of heart attacks, but didn't consider himself a candidate for strokes.  In 2015, he suffered his first stroke and felt he was out of harms way.  During COVID, Josh suffered a second, more debilitating stroke.

Josh learned to be much bigger than his own concerns, using humor to have a different perspective, and being passionate about contributing to other people's health.

Josh is truly an inspiration and has given me a new way to look at life.
