In 1965, a horrific accident which claimed the lives of three young woman, one whom was set to be married the next day, occurred on the A229 highway in Kent, England. Since this accident, people have been reporting seeing a phantom hitch hiker on the side of the road requesting rides from the few willing to stop. Is there really a vanishing hitch hiker wandering the side of the road near Blue Bell Hill, or is it all just a story?
