The Giants Podcast

Giants podcast is back again and this week, in the season of Christmas, we are aptly joined by Three Wise Men. Cameron Deacon, Tim Burton and our guest the Huddersfield Giants' Lead Club Doctor Ian Sampson.

Ian has a fascinating story and how he has come to be at the Giants is tale of hard work, luck and living the dream. Be sure to listen to the whole pod so you can hear another fascinating insight into the club that you know and love!

Joining us on the podcast today is the brilliant Olly Russell. Who's family has a strong history with Rugby League and also recently signed a new deal with the club.

This is a brilliant listen!

Huddersfield Giants captain Luke Yates joins the podcast and speaks brilliantly about his career as a Rugby League player and life in Australia and England. He has some fantastic stories about the squad and his life.

Warning explicit (What do you expect he's from down under)

If any man has lived his life through Rugby League then it is Andy Kelly. He joined us on the Pod 3 years ago but a lot has changed since then so we've got him back and he's still his brilliant self.

In this quick 30 min pod we talk about the Toulouse win and look forward to Hull KR.

Also exclusive audio from Ian Watson's post game press conference from Toulouse and an Interview with former X Factor star Jordan Higo who will be performing before the Hull KR game on Saturday.

Today we are joined by the fantastic Mr Fox. Steve works with the Scholarship program and youth academy's at the Giants with his main aim surrounding coaching of the juniors.

Steve is a fascinating individual with a great story of how he got into the game and how he views the world of coaching and rugby league.

Steve was a fantastic guest and we really encourage you to listen to the end.

See you in 2 weeks!

The Huddersfield Giants Podcast is back and hopefully will be better than ever. Unfortunately the quality is not as good as it will be in the future but we needed to start somewhere.

On this first episode back in the John Smith's stadium we are joined by two ex-academy graduates who have gone in very different directions. Jordan Higo once a Giants academy player is now a singer/ songwriter after appearing on the X-Factor several years ago. He is back at the Giants as he prepares to perform for you at our first Super League game back at the John Smiths on the 19th of February outside the ground as a part of a lot of on-the-day entertainment.

Tom Tsang on the other hand is the head of the Huddersfield Giants academy after joining the club back in the November. He has had a brilliant journey though Rugby League and despite their current differences have very similar backgrounds and make a great duo.

We hope you enjoy and hope you will join us every fortnight!

COME ON YOU GIANTS!
