In this week's episode, I will invite you to consider the idea of inspiration and encouragement of oneself and others around us. Inspired by a recent event, in which I was blessed to play a part, I will reflect on the power of support and taking action. We will discuss the concept of 'giving someone a little push in the right direction' and put it into the perspective of what you've achieved throughout the year. I will talk about the power of helping others and its unique ability to empower oneself, as well as consider the idea of giving people advice or a 'helping hand' when they need it most. I will invite you to ponder these topics and look into your own life's experiences. Finally, I am going to wish you a very Merry Christmas, and announce the upcoming series of interview-based episodes, which are about to premiere!
