As attention spans are seemingly decreasing over time, I believe one of the greatest gifts we can give another person is our full, undivided presence. Seeing, listening and fully being with them is a currency of it's own. 

In this episode, I share that I am embarking on a journey to learn ASL (American Sign Language). One of the things that drew me to it, is that you must be truly present to communicate in this language.
