Learning how to both work with others and manage people area major areas that derails and stalls organizations. Invisible Edge advances sales training and growth, team performance, and decision-making. In the digital era, understanding the role of our human intuition and ingenuity is more important than ever. Yet there has been so little attention, research, and application of how to harness our deeper intelligence in order to up-level our performance and fulfillment at work and beyond.

I’m a huge fan of Emperor Palpatine (though not in a whole “dark side, kill rebels” kind of way). The Empire in its infancy was a startup and Palpatine, as a founder, was not only charismatic, but he systematically took over…well…everything. When you think about it, taking control of the Galactic Senate was a huge marketing coup orchestrated by a startup and completed with perfect execution.

I have grown up as an introvert with a heavy dose of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) in my life. This FOMO has cultivated and perpetuated my curiosity in life to learn and lead. At a very young age I noticed that people who lead with a deep caring heart are the true leaders in this world. So I paid attention to me and how I was showing up. I noticed I am a pleaser loving to give and serve others. Giving (pleasing) really lights me up, but for many years I thought pleasing was wrong thus I would beat myself up internally thinking it was bad to give too much of my time and money.
