THE GIFTS OF GOD — Sondra Ray and Markus Ray on A Course in Miracles

It is a fact that all pain in the body or in our life is preceded by negative thoughts that attract this pain. We can let go and change these "thoughts that hurt." This is the main miraculous shift our mind must make for our healing to take place. 

These Lessons are at the crux of Spiritual Healing, which delve into the different levels in the Mind that are holding the cause of our "problems," and also give us the Thoughts of God that will replace these negative thoughts. 

We decide not to be "insane" any more. We accept ourself as God created us to be, in the Perfection of our true, immortal Self. We choose different Thoughts we think with God in the healing and happiness that is God's Will for us. 

Perfect Happiness is the only result that God would have for us. This is God's Will and also our true Will as well. We can apply these Lessons #281-#284 and "elect to heal all thoughts that hurt." 

GOD'S LOVE is ONE. This is extended to everyone. There is no human being who should be held apart from God's Love.

This is simply a fact.

A Course in Miracles is here to impart this Truth To Us.

These Lessons #252 and #253 are true statements of our Identity. There are no limitations that could hold us back in concepts of "littleness" that would deny our God created Self. 

We are not victims of our self-imposed limitations. There are no limitations to our True Self. This "Self" is the "Ruler of the Universe." Are we willing to make this leap into a dimension far beyond the small self we thought we were?  Are we willing to forgive and love EVERYONE and EVERYTHING? 

The Christ and our True Self are the same. These Lessons are quite a leap in our evolution, that give us the Awareness of our Identity. These Lessons take us into a miraculous transformation that is the whole purpose of A Course in Miracles. 

Can we accept the True Words of God's Love for us? They are held out for our acceptance. The "Son of God" is our Identity. God will reveal this Truth to us today when it is our first and foremost intention to receive this awareness. 

GOD does not condemn. There is no "sin." We have made mistakes, for sure, but correction is alway possible, and a "lesson" God would have us learn.

We need only the Truth of our God-Created Identity. This Identity is Peace, Love and Joy. The Will of God created us in Love and Joy, and this is the TRUTH.

There is no "sin" that forgiveness cannot erase in our minds, starting now. Can we accept this fact of our Identity? God's Peace and Joy are mine. This is the TRUTH.

The Son of God is my Identity, the "Christ Self" we share. Any notion of our Self not of this Divine Self is something we made up as an illusion. This illusion can disappear, like a mirage, when we let forgiveness rest upon all things.

Our TRUE SELF is clearly the subject of this Podcast, as is the Lesson, "I am as God Created me." This statement is repeated three times in the Workbook of A Course in Miracles. Therefore, it is supremely important for us to realize its truth within ourselves. 

How would this change your life, knowing you are as God Created You? What could God create but the immortal and the eternal? There is no death in the realm of Divine Love. Perhaps the coming and going of forms and physical shapes of things appears to have beginnings and endings, yet, the essence contained within every atom of Creation, giving it Life, goes on and on into infinity. 

We are as God created us. Can we accept this "coronation" today into the Royalty of our true Immortal Self? A corobnation indeed is held out to us in this Podcast. It gives you the blessing you need to accept this Truth for yourself. 

What would it take for us to "wake up" into Christ's Vision? Certainly we would have to step outside of the mind of the ego—all of the "attack thoughts" and "grievances" that possess our attention.

We do not allow the ego "to obscrure the sight of Christ." This action we must take within ourselves. Christ stands ready when we are, to help us, yet the first step must come from us. We have free will to take this step or not.

When we take this step of forgiveness and self-introspection, then the Peace of Christ is bestowed upon us. 🍀 The gifts of Christ are ours to use then, and our Holy Vision is restored.

The special relationship is founded on a need to "get something" from another, because we feel deficient in something. We expect another to complete us in a way we cannot complete ourselves. This inevitably ends in anger, and a projection of guilt onto another. 

It's like saying, "Because you do not complete me, and wipe away my feelings of deficiency, you ar guilty!" We get angry when we do not get want we want from another, but we have "set it up" to always remain discontented. The person cannot complete us, because in truth we are not lacking. It is an illusion of lack that we project, and make demands on others to fill. We use this to justify our anger and attack. 

The Special Relationship is subtle and vicious. It does not see the corrections that need to be made within ourselves, therefore it demands others must change, but not ourselves. It asks for "sacrifice" from others, and always feels lacking. 

There is are no "private thoughts" because minds are joined. (The union of bodies is the ego's priciple means to keep minds apart).

It is not a "sacrifice" to see beyond the body to the Mind that is joined and of real communication in innocence. Guilt is not existent, though the ego believes in it for the "separation" it cherishes.

True communication is the end of separation at the mind level. Innocence is the only condition in this communication, for "guilt" promotes separation, not communication. We end the "separation" in this Gifts of God Program.

The HOLINESS that we are—walks with GOD. GOD is LIFE. LIFE is LOVE. We are immersed in this LIGHT of truth. This Lesson helps us to realize our "oneness" with all of Creation. 

We are blessed by the picture of a heavenly garden in which we live. We are here to extend this holiness to all of the creatures of the earth. We bless the earth with our Divine Nature. 

Into the Presence of the Christ do we enter, and His certainty of His Holiness becomes our own. We step back and allow this Holiness of the Christ to come forward in us, and lead the way. 

This is an awareness of wholeness, oneness, perfect holiness.      

Anything we put after the statement "I AM" will instantly manifest something. It will manifest Life or Death, Heaven or Hell. Are we in a state of wholeness, connection, and joy; or are we in a state of imagined separtaion, pain, and suffering? 

This is a lesson of our Identity. Who are we? The question is answered in this Leasson #191, and our sinlessness and guarantee of immortality is made to save us from the mortal self of the ego we made. We inflicted all the suffering we experience on ourselves. When we accept this responsibility we can correct ourselves. 

We trade in the "limitations” of the “ego self we made” for our True Self God Created, one of grace and mercy. We become the Prodigal Son Returned to the Truth of his own inheritance. Repentence allows us to accept the Atonement for ourselves and resurrect into the Heaven of our Inheritance. In this Self, It knows no death, no pain, no suffering of any kind. AMEN
