THE GIFTS OF GOD — Sondra Ray and Markus Ray on A Course in Miracles

"The Rules for Decision" is one of the most important Sections in the Text of A Course in Miracles. When we apply these rules to all of our decision-making pocesses, we are well on the way of staying in tune with our higher Christ Self. Apply these rules and you will be happy. Neglect these rules and you may be disappointed that even your best intended decisions do not content you.

THE FORGIVING DREAM is the last dream we will ever dream. It is the one that ends all the rest of dreams. It is happy, and it is a correction of all errors. Would we not be delighted to know we are absolved of all consequences of our errors in the embrace of the Christ Mind? Christ know us well, and forgives us our illusions because He knows we did not recognize them as such, illusions that do not even exist, but only "appear" to be so.

What is the "ANTI-CHRIST" but that which denies the Reality of our own Christ Self? Idols are unrecognized errors that divert our attention away from our God Created Self. Idols replace our True Identity, and these idols could be called the "Anti-Christ." Or, the opposite of the Christ. These are merely images that we value more that the Truth. Let us say NO to this mental construct of illusions. Let us be decieved no more. AMEN.

There is a Reality of the Heaven State of Being inside of ourself. This is fully intact, but we have not sought it there. Sought in the "externals," the dream of heaven becomes an idol to death, though we may deny we are attracted to it. This Section states, "Seek not outside yourself" for the truth of your Being that God created whole. You are already perfect. Seek not to "perfect yourself" when you are already whole, perfect, and complete.

What is time but a slieght of hand, and distraction away from Immortality. Time is an illusion that only seems to march on and leave behind our best years. The Timeless Dwelling Place is accessible through total and complete Forgiveness. We loose the world from what we thought it was, and choose our own Reality instead—a Reality that is Chnageless.

What is the Changeless Dwelling Place? The True Christ Self is our Identity. It is Changeless. Can we embrace our true Identity and go Home.? This Section helps us do that.

What are the roles we assign to dreams? The Holy Spirit has a dream of Forgiveness that ends all the rest of our dreams. This is a dream of Awakening.

This makes the case for Forgiveness as the final "dream" that ends all the rest of our dreams of separation and sin.

God's Witness is our brother who has not yet awakened, but will through our forgiveness. Our patience to see him in his Higher Self is our responsibility. His Reality is intact. Will we see that truth in him, be a "Witneess of God".... or withness to the ego? The choice is ours.
