THE GIFTS OF GOD — Sondra Ray and Markus Ray on A Course in Miracles

The Love of God and Ourselves is realized in a state of Wholeness. To Love God is to Love our Brothers and Sisters. This is the JOY we have within ourselves to share. This Kingdom of Heaven is Us when we are AWAKE. We heal as we teach healing to others. Sharing is an essential action in realizing our True Self. Christ is the guide. We Love God through loving all of our brothers and sisters. No exceptions are in this Unity of Love.

The Holy Spirit mediates between our ego, which manufactures conflict, and our True Self which operates is a state of God's Peace. There is a purpose for the Holy Spirit to undo our misperceptions of conflict. God's Will has no conflict, therefore, to make our will one with God's would mean we have no conflict.

The Holy Spirit bridges the gap between the world of "perceptions" (that can be faulty) and the world of "Knowledge" that is True and unequivocal. The Holy Spirit's function is to forgive all of our misperceptions and restore right mindedness to us, so that God can give us the Knowledge of Divine Reality. This shift is miraculous. It is brought about by correcting our perception through absolute forgiveness. This is our function as "the Light of the world." The Holy Spirit helps us to make this shift.

The Voice for God restores us to the unseparated Mind, in which unification of our Mind with the Mind of God is complete. We make the "decision" to end the imagined separation, which puts us in a state of Joy. Pain and and suffering are abolished through this decision for Unification. Heaven and Earth are in us. Our Devotion to the Altar of the Holy Spirit would put the call to God in a place more important in our Mind. Can we hear "only the Voice for God?" Come empty handed in Lesson #189. Then we can "Feel the Love of God" because God wills that we feel this and will take this step toward us.

The Voice for God, one could call it the Holy Spirit, has a purpose to end our imagined sense of separation. The call for healing is merely listening to the Holy Spirit's Atonement offered to us. We can be healed and guided by the Holy Spirit, the Universal Inspiration that restores us to our original State of God Consciousness. We can listen to this Voice for God all of the time. This is the Spirit of Joy. The Holy Spirit's function is to end the sense of separation in us, through the Atonement. We can hear this Voice for God and be healed.

The HOLY SPIRIT is the UNIVERSAL INSPIRATION. This Inspiration only gives Divine Truth, therefore it corrects all of our "wrong-mindedness." The Christ Consciousness uses this UNIVERSAL INSPIRATION to work the miracles of inner correction. The HOY SPIRIT is the CHRIST MIND. (CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS) Atonement is the gift of the Holy Spirit. Lesson #157 puts us in the Awareness of Christ Consciousness. His Presence is made manifest through applying this Lesson.

The Wholly Joyous are Loving. The Loving are not "sick." Everything that rejects or denies opportunities to "make happy" contributes to a defense against the Truth, and that defense makes us "sick." We already have the JOY of God within us, and by sharing this Joy we increase it in ourselves and in others. Our awareness can be focused on the Truth of our Identity in Spirit. We can give up our defenses of fear, guilt, or anger which make our minds "sick," which in tirn are "acted out" in our bodies as "symptoms." We give away Thoughts of Joy which connect our Minds with Spirit, and this alignment brings us perfect health, even at the level of the Body.

In this podcast Sondra & Markus discuss Communication and Creation, and their relationship as a WHOLE THING. We can step up to this level of real Communication with the Whole. It is a leap upward, an ascension into a Reality higher than the one in which we are used to operating. We transcend "existence" which is "specific," to embrace "being" which is "universal." NOTHING REAL CAN BE INCREASED EXCEPT BY SHARING. We share our Wholeness, our connection to the entire Cosmos.

We have a debt of gratitude to our brother. To love God is to love our brothers, including loving the Christ. We are One with everyone, and from this Energy of Oneness is where true transformation takes place. The Lesson shred is #99: "Salvation is my only function here."
