We can be grateful for the Gifts of God we receive and give. There are no bounds to the joys of liberation we receive from them. Our Liberation does not depend on those who receive our gifts. We do not need accolades from others, who may or may not receive what we give. We earn our own gratitude when we give the Gifts of God away, because we have received them ourselves already. We give peace, and we receive more peace. We give our silence, and we earn the gratitude of silence. Miracles are laws that put us in the right relationship with Life. Life is a stream of ever flowing gratitude. It's up to us to enter the stream and stay in the flow of it.
Attack thoughts always attack our self. Forgiveness always liberates us from judgments. Empathy is what the Holy Spirit bestows on us in times of difficulty. We may not know which way to go, but we can ask the Holy Spirit to guide us. We need not fear. We need not "manage things" ourselves. Difficult situations call for surrender, on our part, not more complicated systems of management. Our "management" and "plans" could very well be an attack. And they would lead to our own "crucifixion." We can always let go, which is to say, we can always forgive ourselves for the mistakes we made that kept us apart from pure joy.
Can we be guided by an energy beyond our thought? What would Love do in our life? Where would it take us? How would we walk, being guided by Love? In this lesson we are told the Holy Spirit is our only real guide. To where, one may ask? Love would lead us to gratitude and more happiness. Love is the result of being guided by the Holy Spirit. Do we feel the gratitude for this?
What does "placing the future in the Hands of God" really mean? It says, only good can come from this action, because God gives "only the good." Why would we not want to do this? Only if we felt fear of the future that we already have, and lack of trust that God would actually make a difference. This Lesson gets us to see things differently. Can we entrust our future into the "Hands of God?" After listening to this Podcast you just may.
What we may judge as an unpleasant experience could be a blessing in disguise. Can we be determined to see things differently? We can see our part in attracting all negative experiences with our unexamined negative thoughts. When we take 100% responsibility for all the events in our life, we have the capacity to forgive and move on. We can elect to change the thoughts that "hurt us." In this action of "changing our minds" is our salvation.
Most of us have wondered at some point in our life, "Why are we here?" In these moments we invoke and answer that is beyond the status quo of survival. We know how to have jobs and earn money, but what is it beyond that we are supposed to be doing. What is our function. This Lesson addresses this question. Forgiveness is our function. Can we become masters of it. What are its deeper implications?
This Lesson is a huge leap in our frequency indeed. The ego would have to be totally silenced for this Lesson to be "realized" in us. That will take our Total Attention. Do we really want to be our Self God created? Our would we rather stick with the self we made up, with all its pains and little accomplishments? The decision is our to make. How long will we take to make it? Another Life Time? The time is only NOW to have this Holy Instant of true acceptance.
We have to see that pain or joy are the only options we have. We think we would choose joy and that would be obvious. We do not see we are deciding for thoughts, deeds or actions that may result in pain. We are responsible for the pain. It is a result of misperception. We can change our mind. Thank goodness we can choose the joy of God instead of pain.
What is it we feel in this very moment? Is it the Love of God? Is it anxiety about the future? Is it conflict in our relationships? Is it the uncertainty of doubt? It may not be the Love of God. This lesson helps us make contact with a light within ourselves that is independent of the external situation. This is the Love of God. We can feel it in this very instant, and reap the benefits of this Divine Connection.
The Peace of God is shining in me now. I give myself the quietude and the space to make contact with it. It is always there, but in giving our attention to other concerns, we often do not realize it. A couple days ago we said, "I want the peace of God." Do we? This lesson is the flower of that true intention. If we truly want the Peace of God, we have it to give. As we give it, we "bless the world." and ourselves. And whne we have that in our awareness, surely "the Peace of God is shining in us." Om Namah Shivay!
