Shelley Loving is just a girl born/raised in McKinney Texas who has a passion for helping others get healthy & lose weight; all through food. She is a certified Holistic Food Educator and Nutrition Chef. After her husband’s massive heart attack at the young age of 41, she has been on a fierce mission to make serious changes in their dietary lifestyle. Her passion continued and turned into her career to help others overcome health issues and end the struggle with weight gain. She has an UNDIET approach and loves helping others fall in love again with real/whole foods.
