This week I am going on a rant about how women's bodies/body types and facial features have become "trends". I discuss how people capitalize on our insecurities, create labels and categories and use this promote products, workouts, memes and song lyrics. I touch on the "trends" of being thic, slim thic, the thigh gap, eyebrows, the thigh brow and the picture poses that come with it.

If there is something on someones body that cannot be changed in 5 seconds, do not comment on it.

Please stop categorizing women into these labels and categories, why cant we just live and love ourselves even when were not trending?

This week I am talking about my experience with toxic fitness culture, being an athlete and having a negative relationship with fitness. I discuss using fitness as a form of punishment, listening to toxic quotes, advertisements that only promote one type of body-SKINNY, and how your mental health and what you feel internally is more important than your external appearance (i mention it 26 times). 

I get so honest about sharing my struggles with my body and the gym. I dive deep into my hardest years of being burnt out, miserable and exercising in an unhealthy way. Finally, I share how my experience and outlook on the gym has completely changed in the past year and what helped me get there :)

I am no expert i dont know shit about shit. Things I share in this episode that worked for me, may not work the same way for you.

I really want people to embrace their bodies as they are and realize that they do not need to change how they look, act, and are to fit this "summer body" mold.

This week im giving my thoughts about cancel culture even though no one asked for it !!! A lot of people are getting ~cancelled~ lately (as in the past 3 years-present) so I am here to talk about it. I discuss things I do not like about cancel culture, ways to ~cancel~ someone in a non toxic way, the value apologizes should have on a persons mistake, how the situation has an impact and more.
