When hearts do not flow with one another, but are locked away, misery is felt~

True wisdom is knowing your shortcomings. Do not become the frog in the well.

When people do not have the ability to control themselves, they are stuck at the first level of thought. But it is at the second level of though that people can find true happiness.

Just as a good car has good brakes, our hearts need functioning brakes to be well. Our brakes function properly when we do not trust ourselves.

Desire fills our hearts and can get out of control. So we must tame it.

The body is in a symbiotic relationship with the heart. However, not having understood the world of the heart, we have ignored it and allowed the body to lead. But, if the body can follow a good healthy heart, then we can walk a bright and pleasant path in life.

So caught up in ourselves, we fail to listen to anything others say. We only accept what fits our hearts. What is the heart that can listen to others, and help them escape from addiction and despair.

In John 5, Jesus tells the man with infirmity for 38 years to “Rise, take up thy bed, and walk!” Jesus is also telling us to walk. But what prevents us from walking like this man caught with an infirmity for 38 years?
