Hey guys, in this episode I talk about habits! If you want to change your life for the better, your best bet is to fill your time with productive habits. Start by adding 1 good habit and once you’ve been consistent with it, continuously add more until all of your “free time” is being taken up by productive habits! The 1st habit you can add to your life is: Work out every day! Your health is the most important thing so that would be the 1st habit to add!
