With experience running a salon where 70 per cent of turnover was generated from retail sales, she knows that

Liz has worked with large multi-national hair salons, beauty salons, spas, barbershops, aesthetic companies,
skincare houses, pharmacy and franchise companies and worked at every level of the industry from retail sales
through to management.

totally immerse themselves in what they want for themselves and for their business. In addition to her own range of courses, Liz works with many brands to develop their education programmes.

For single salon owners, Liz offers a Group Coaching Programme – The Successful Salon Formula, which she
launched in 2023. Through the programme, Liz personally helps salon owners to implement and turbocharge their
salon by providing training on how to be a great boss, how to have a great client experience every time and how to
generate great sales over a six-month period.
