James Montgomery Boice stated, "The names of God are windows through which His character is seen."

Our Heavenly Father is the Ancient of Days.

Daniel Chapter 7:9  states, "As I looked, "thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze."

The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 12:27, "Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it" and in 2 Corinthians 5:16-21:

16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Knowing that Christ is our True North and North Star, there is freedom and life. Thank you, Lord. Amen.

Happy New Year!

The Bible tells us in Isaiah 43:18-19 to "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! God has given us a new season. What do you need to leave behind to focus on Him and all things new?
