On a HECTIC week for Australian netball we saw THREE retirements! So we discuss those at the top of the episode before we move onto a CLOSE round of netball. PLUS, Cat Tuivaiti is back and we love it!

We're BACK after an unintended hiatus for another week thanks to NICK GETTING SICK UGH, GET ANGRY AT HIM! Anyway, we cover TWO weeks worth of netball, Dan Ryan's firing AND answered a viewer question! 

The Super Netball cap gets a SPIKE next year (it's a tiny one that should be more) so Luke and Nick discuss what this means for teams and players moving forward, AND we discuss round 7 of the netball after the bye! WOO!

We're running straight into a bye week which means RESTING UP, so this is the last episode for the next week or so while Luke and Nick take a break. BUT BEFORE THAT, we discuss the mid-season all-star selections, the Thunderbirds near win and a rejigged Magpies team!

Well, Luke was right again last week and predicted a Firebirds win over the Fever, so, naturally, he makes it known as soon as the podcast starts and Nick isn't salty at all... ANYWAY, on this week's episode we pick apart some games but also dissect the Magpies season so far.

Are the Swifts contenders? Nick PREDICTED THIS AT THE START OF THE SEASON! But their win over the Giants is a huge confidence booster for the young squad. The Magpies and the Fever had a very confusing drama-filled week that resulted in TWO CLUB STATEMENTS! Oh, did we mention the Giants are still terrific, the Swifts look like the Vixens of last year and the Sunshine Coast is just about done? WHEN DOES IT END?! We hope it doesn't, because this week of super netball was SUPER!

NETBALL IN AUSTRALIA HAS BEGUN! And, good god, what a stunning start to the season with a swathe of close games and potential on show, but, right now, the Fever look like contenders, the Giants are invincible and the Swifts are a dark horse. HOW GOOD IS NETBALL!

We're BACKKKKK! Yes, we're disappointed with the Commonwealth Games result, but, boy oh boy, is the Australian netball league good? Guess what? We're talking about it AND the Commonwealth Games! Who you got this year? Because the race is tighter than ever!
