I sit down and catch up with a long-time friend and teammate Toby Squire. Toby is currently playing for Radford University in Virginia. Toby and I shared time together from a young age at multiple clubs including Miami Shores FC, Key Biscayne SC, and Kendall Soccer Academy. We talk about our experiences coming through the American soccer system and what we think can be done better moving forward along with what we want our own future to look like. 

I sit down and catch up with my friends and ex-teammates Thomas Esperø and Leo Abdo. Thomas, by way of Norway, is currently playing for Queens College in New York and Leo, by way of Australia, is back home playing for a top club. The three of us were all recruited to Nova Southeastern University together and created many great memories in our freshman year that unfortunately got cut short by COVID-19. We hear about how they got started with football, each of their stories on how they made it to Nova Southeastern from their respective countries, where they are now, and much more!

Koi Love is a collegiate basketball player for The University of Arizona. Koi joins the podcast to talk about how she got started with basketball, why she ended up transferring from Vanderbilt University, and what the future holds for her at Arizona and beyond. Koi was named 2020 All-SEC Freshman, Husky Classic All-Tournament Team, and led the team in scoring with 13.7 points a game, just to name a few... great catching up with one of women basketball's best!

Maria Alvarez is a point guard currently playing Women's Basketball at The University of South Florida. She is a 6x State Champion and 2x National Champion at Miami Country Day School. As well as having competed with Colombia in the 2018 U17 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup. Maria talks about her journey as a basketball player, some of the differences between high school and college basketball, and coming back from a torn ACL, meniscus, and sprained MCL.
