New intro who dis? 

Remember the GoBeercats podcast? It's back, sort of. The podcast will be back in full swing in a couple of weeks but I wanted to check in and an update you on the podcast and blog. Look out for all of the Football Frenzy 2021 articles on gobeercats.com! 

Episode 21! GoBeercats is now legal! This episode I talk about my reaction to UC hiring Wes Miller from UNC-Greensboro as their new head coach and then talk with Joe Sirera from the News and Record who has covered UNCG for a while now and get great insight on Wes Miller. Joe does a great job of telling Bearcats fans what to expect with our new head coach. 

This week I welcome in a new guest, my good friend Max, to the show to talk about the recent develops and firing of UC head coach John Brannen. I give you my top 5 choices to replace his as well.

Knodle and I take a deep dive into the state of the UC basketball program after 6 players announce they are transferring. We come up with more questions than answers but they're questions everyone else seems to be glossing over. It's the longest episode yet but stay with it. Maybe it will be as therapeutic for you as it was for us. 

What a week. What a day. 

The first half of the episode I talk about the AAC tournament and my reactions to it. For the second half I am joined by former UC player who wore #3, was the #6 overall pick in the 200 NBA draft, who played for the Hawks, Knicks, Nuggets, and Spurs, the one and only Dermarr Johnson. DJ gives us his thoughts on the season and his reaction to the the crazy Tuesday that saw 5 players enter the transfer portal. 

On this week's bonus episode I talk to Eric who runs @Shocks_Nation on twitter. He gives us insight to the crazy season WSU had and how they managed to win the AAC regular season title!
