Today we are talking about the sacred moon cycle. moon-time. periods. the menstrual cycle. shark week. that time of the month. the visit from aunt flow, that special super lady time. Whatever you refer to it as in your social circles, that is what it is we are talking about today.

I wanted to take the time to explain that this moment is sacred, and it sucks. We experience it every month for a huge chunk of time, and it suuuuuuuuucks. But it's still sacred. I thank my body for it every month as it represents that my earth vessel is functioning properly. So, in this video, we're talking about our sacred moon cycle so that we can all love ourselves and our functioning bodies a little bit more.

When I was starting out on my journey, no one told me the key ingredient to successful manifestation. So that’s what I want to share with you today.
