I’ve struggled with Depression since I was twelve years old. I felt beat by society growing up black in a predominantly white space. Father gone and raised by a mom dealing with her own trauma and forced to be a provider. My story isn’t unique but it’s my own. Rape, mental, and physical abuse has all occurred in my life. I went through the valleys and have become stronger because of it. I mention god and Jesus a lot in this episode. What I know now connecting to higher source that you vibe with is important. At the time for me it was Christianity. I now define myself as a more spiritual being. I truly feel religion and spirituality go hand and hand.

On today’s episode, I’m talking about mindful, and physical practice one can do to tap into their feminine energy. Being someone that’s spent most of my life in my masculine, I’ve seen true benefit of coming back to my natural divine feminine state.
