How women are told that unless they are young and beautiful, in societies eyes, that they are worthless. How it's such a problem to continuously compare ourselves to others and how that limits our lives.

They discuss how we spend so much of our time being distracted and how our society is set up to turn the collective attention towards celebrities and how we can decide, instead, to focus on one another and provide truthful compliments to lift one another up.
