Nostalgia has been a big part of Disney's Era of Star Wars. However, most of the films I feel don't handle it all that well. In this video, I'm going to explain How Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi Effectively Uses Nostalgia.

In the video, I will cover:

1) The definition of intertextuality

2) How some of the other films don't implement intertextuality in an affective manner

3) How The Last Jedi effectively implements intertextuality

4) Concluding statements about nostalgia and the future of Star Wars

And that is everything that will be covered in my video on How Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi Effectively Uses Nostalgia

The Sequel Trilogy does have many fights, however there is one scene in Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker that I feel is really underrated, I would actually say its the most underrated fight in the Sequel Trilogy.

In this video, I am going to be discussing:

1) Why I think this scene classifies as a "fight"

2) An in depth analysis of this scene and why I like it so much

And that is pretty much all I will cover in this video about the most underrated "Fight" in the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy.

Thank you Everyone for Watching! I really appreciate it!

It has been foretold that Force Ghosts have immense power, but why don't Force Ghosts fight? In Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, we see Force Ghosts interact with the physical world. Yoda strikes lightning on a tree and hits Luke in the head with his cane. Luke catches the lightsaber Rey threw and lifts the X-Wing from the water. If they could do this, then why don't force ghosts fight?

In this video, I will cover:

1) The evolution of force ghosts throughout the eras

2) How the powers of force ghosts evolve

3) Why the force ghosts dont fight

4) Why if they did fight, it would betray the light side of the force

5) How it ruins the journey's of the main characters

And that it what I will be covering in my video about why force ghosts don't fight

Thank you Everyone for Watching! I really appreciate it!

One of the biggest points in favor of the Mary Sue argument is that Rey Flying the Millennium Falcon is Stupid and Unrealistic. Of all the criticisms about Rey, I find this one to be one off the silliest complaints.

In this video, I'm going to cover:

1) Why Rey's backstory matches her skillset perfectly

2) Why Rey isn't even that good of a pilot

3) Why she is held to a ridiculous standard compared to Luke and Anakin

4) Why the Force is so important

And that is what I will be covering in my video about why Rey flying the Millennium Falcon is not Stupid

Thank you Everyone for Watching! I really appreciate it!

Easily the most interesting aspect of the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy is the relationship between Rey and Ben Solo/Kylo Ren (or Reylo). I would agree to this because of a word called compassion. The compassion of reylo shown throughout the Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy (Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker) is easily the most admirable thing about Rey's character.

So in this video, I will discuss:

1) Why I love the relationship between Rey and Ben Solo/Kylo Ren in the Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy

2) How the relationship between Rey and Ben Solo/Kylo Ren is fleshed out during the course of the Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy

3) Why I feel there are lessons to learn from the relationship between Rey and Ben Solo/Kylo Ren and how I feel they apply to current events

And that is everything I will cover in my video about Rey and Ben Solo/Kylo Ren and The Importance of Showing Compassion

Thank you Everyone for Watching! I really appreciate it!

Rian Johnson gets criticized a lot for the things he says, however this time he is correct. On June 29th, 2020, Rain Johnson tweeted stating how Star Wars was a made "for children." People of course freaked out but he is right about George Lucas and the Prequels being made for children.

In this video I discuss the foundation of what George Lucas built Star Wars on and how saying that the franchise its not for kids is a disservice to everything George Lucas built.

So that's what I will cover in my video about how Rain Johnson is right about George Lucas and The Prequels.

The biggest criticism of Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens is easily that it is too similar to its predecessor, Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope. However, while there are certainly similarities, I'm going to explain why The Force Awakens is NOT a Remake of A New Hope.

Again, there is no denying there are similarities between the two films. However, I think there is more at play than what people originally like to assume. In this video, I'm going to cover:

1) The similarities between The Force Awakens and A New Hope

2) How Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace also can be perceived as being too similar to A New Hope

3) Why people think The Force Awakens is too similar but not The Phantom Menace

4) The importance of Joseph Campbell's The Hero's Journey and how The Force Awakens and George Lucas take inspiration from it.

5) How the themes and characters of The Force Awakens are radically different than those in A New Hope

The Prequels are now beloved movies, and I rank the Top 5 Scenes from Worst to Best.

Disclaimer, this list is only from the three films Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. This list does not include any other material, including Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

With each of these 5 scenes, I will explain why I love the scenes so much and why they stand out to me compared to most of the popular scenes in the trilogy. And why they are ranked in that specific order from worst to best. There will also be 1 Deleted scene that would have made my list had it not been a deleted scene.

And that is what I'm going to cover in my Top 5 Prequel Scenes Ranked from Worst to Best video!

Thank you Everyone for Watching! I really appreciate it!
