Mike owns the Gold's Gym in Paramus, NJ with our mutual college friend Art Carril.

Gold's Gym is a model example of a 100 Year Lifestyle type of company. Founded in 1965 by Joe Gold, they made fitness famous with celebrity members like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbo, and others.

Over the years they have expanded to over 800 gyms and they are constantly reinventing themselves to stay relevant and a leader in the industry.

Mike and I talk about fitness innovations, the importance of fitness community, and setting goals, especially during this sensitive time of COVID 19.
