They say that when the student is ready the teacher appears - I think that goes for tools, methods and methodologies as well.
There was a span of 2 years from when I first encountered Human Design and The Gene Keys till it grabbed me.
It wasn't till I was a fully fledged accredited Energy Alignment Method® mentor AND actually had the tool to transform the energy revealing itself through my design that I began to recognise the immense wisdom right there in our designs.
I quickly learned that you're supposed to "clear your filters" but no one seemed to sharing HOW.

Being here, I'm sure you've, like I, long ago made the choice for Love as your way - whether it be conscious or simply is.
However somewhere around 2016 I began seeing how, while I was being from a space of love, the way that I was communicating, especially through emails and my my website wasn't fully aligned.
Part of this realisation led me into my most recent dark night of the soul and from there I began the transformation of dissolving the fear and expanding the love.

About to publish this episode I'm once again struck by the core of us as spiritual beings having a human experience.
How we encompass and embody the whole.
Beginnings and endings, magical and mundane, spiritual and practical, seen and unseen.
Which is one of the core premises of The Golden Frequency - the show and podcast I'm launching today.
I wish I could tell you that birthing this baby has been a breeze, but that would be a lie.
Instead as with eeeeevery level of expansion and growth we go through there's growing aches and pains - and it's been SO FUNNY (not!) to watch myself go through literally all of the things I coach and mentor my clients on every week.
I'll be sharing more about that in a coming episode. For now I hope you'll join me in welcoming the new baby that is The Golden Frequency into the world.
With every new episode it's my intention to support you in activating The Golden Frequency within you.
As you'll hear in this first episode I do not have all of the answers as to where this will go. I've said yes and am surrendering to the divine unfolding of it.
