#13 If I was to tell you the NUMBER 1 reason why we succeeded in business, it is because of this. Knowing your true reason!
What do I mean with this? Your ‘WHY’, is the reason that you are doing business. It gives you fuel when times are tough. It gives you drive when you have doubts. It gives you motivation when others doubt you. It gives you energy to keep going until.
Until I finally discovered my ‘why’, I didn’t have a successful business and I had doubts that I could do it. They were deeper doubts, not often in conscious awareness but they prevented me from success.
It all changed in 2014 when we were away for my birthday. A coaching session with Tash and some digging below my automatic answers. And we were able to discover my true why! And in that very moment, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. It felt like the clouds had parted, and I now knew exactly what I needed to do.
Even without having the answers, I knew there would be a way.

#10 The framework you need for your online business. You need to start with ‘why’. We aren’t motivated to do things unless it is for a reason. We are motivated by 2 things - moving towards pleasure or away from pain. And we tend to be more motivated away from pain.
Your business also needs to know why you exist.
