1) poor communication

2) has no vision, mission or strategy

3) does not know how to respect limits

4) makes employees work too hard

5) selfish, narcissistic and does not measure consequences

6) does not manage time or delegate

7) focuses on people's weaknesses

8) pretends nothing is happening

9) does not advocate for the right of his employee

10) behaviors that violate the law and ethics
