Your empathy is a superpower! This week, I'm chatting with Jennifer Moore.
As self-described ‘pragmatic woo,’ Jennifer Moore is passionate about intuitive mentoring and healing of highly sensitive, empathic women. As a former hot mess and world-class ‘awful-izer,’ Jennifer understands how overwhelming feelings and energy can be for empaths—even from a young age. With knowledge, experience, and education that spans three decades, she is on a quest to teach empathic women to be a beacon for calm, peace, and healing in the world, as opposed to being an amplifier of stress.
In addition to being an Amazon best-selling author with Empathic Mastery, Jennifer is one of 21 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) International Master Trainers in the U.S.. She has been featured on many top-level podcasts including Raising a Powerful Girl, Soul Centered Entreprenuer, and Empowered Spirit Show. She also hosts her own magical podcast The Empathic Mastery Show.
In her spare time Jennifer loves to hang out with her animals (and partner) at her home in Maine.

Micha primarily works with women in tech and other male-dominated industries, guiding her clients through the process of unlearning what holds them back and gaining the confidence they currently lack in their professional environment. Going forward, they will be able to rewrite the rules and change the world - one company, one community, one boardroom at a time.

This week's guest is Kristen Zavo! Kristen is a career coach, keynote speaker, and author of the international best-seller Job Joy: Your Guide to Success, Meaning, and Happiness in Your Career. In her coaching practice she works to help high-achieving professionals land jobs, launch businesses, and build careers they love.
After nearly two decades working in top Fortune 500 companies, Kristen found herself having checked all the career boxes but feeling the unhappiest she had ever felt.
She bravely quit her finance job in New York City and within six months she had landed a job and promotion in an entirely new sector. Colleagues and professionals in her network took note and began turning to her for help to do the same.
What began as a career coaching side-hustle turned into her most fulfilling pivot to help thousands secure fulfilling jobs. Currently, Kristen helps corporate-climbing professionals clients define success on their own terms, land their dream job, and build a career they love through her 9-month live-coaching and mentorship program Find Your Job Joy.
She is also recognized as a thought leader in her industry having been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business Insider, Yahoo News, Real Simple and CBS News, among others.
Beyond bringing clients job joy, Kristen loves to create her own joy which frees her up to travel, take on adrenaline-pumping adventures like skydiving (bungee jumping is next!), and trying new recipes.
Join me and Lianne Kim as we talk about why it's a GOOD thing to be disliked in business!
Toronto-based Lianne Kim is a business coach and strategist dedicated to helping mamapreneurs build profitable and passion-powered businesses. From her renowned podcast The Business of Thinking Big, to her Amazon bestselling book the Building a Joyful Business, not to mention her online community Mamas & Co., it’s clear Lianne thrives on supporting mom-bosses.
For more than two decades, Lianne has successfully grown her sales and marketing career, but it was one stormy night in 2014 that was the impetus for her entrepreneurial journey. That night, she along with six other women shared their dreams, hopes, and a few glasses of wine while they built the foundation for a company driven by women living life on their own terms.
Today, Lianne is the founder of that company – Mamas & Co. – which has gone on to become an international organization that supports thousands of female entrepreneurs to grow successful businesses through its educational content, summits, networking opportunities, giving program and online membership.
With a business mindset of ‘family over hustle,’ Lianne prides herself on her work/life balance as a mother of two who loves helping other mothers move toward their joy-inspired business goals.
Jody Milward is what she likes to call an "accidental entrepreneur". Like many women, she didn't want to return to a 9-5 office gig after having kids. So she started her first business as a Private Investigator (obvious choice, right?). But, after 9 years, 7 figures in revenue, and much government red tape, it was time to move on, and she stumbled into the Social Media and paid traffic world.
From her first client in 2014, making $12 per hour, to generating over 7 figures in revenue 6 years later, Jody has lived and breathed digital marketing as a freelancer, sub-contractor, in-house, agency owner, consultant, speaker, educator and mentor.
