He enjoys treating weekend warriors and others that like to push their bodies to the extreme. For the month of March Dr. Nash and Dr. Gates were taking a much needed break from the zombie scrolling that is social media. We both noticed the dramatic increase in how much time it felt like we had gained in our days. In todays episode we go through some of the evolutionary changes that a social media fast can bring and highly encourage the fight club to set aside some time to disconnect. Ultimately it will feel as though you have 25 hours in your day to increase productivity and creativity. "Your worth is not measured in likes, comments, notes or followers; but in your ability to love, keep comments to yourself, take note and lead."

Drop ins coming in hot!! Often called “The Secret Weapon” we discuss what a drop-in exactly is and what it may look like to you in your daily life. Now, to most people these are hunches or ideas that appear in our mind that much of the time we shrug off, but there are very important solutions within these that must be taken seriously. There are certainly of increase in drop ins we have noticed during certain discipline tactics such as 75HARD some of which we share here. One golden rule to make note of for drop-ins is when they come you should IMMEDIATELY write it down! We uncover more on what a drop-in may look like and why they’re important to be aware of. Near the end we also give a exercise example to help those drop-ins continue to flow!
