The Good Gets Better

Will you stay quiet if God’s house is at stake? Jesus was consumed with passion for His Father’s house, so He flipped the tables. He would not stand idle to protect a false peace when something unholy had moved in. In this episode, Amber reminds us that you, and the people around you, are God’s house.

She looks at warning: the light that signals, even when the signal is inconvenient. An ambulance with something precious in the back does not leave its lights off so the traffic can stay comfortable. The skies declare the glory of God just by being His canvas, and so do you. They don’t need words. They are simply what God made, visible for all to see, so the earth can tell who the Artist is. A lamp is not made to sit covered. It is made to shine. Sometimes making disciples is as simple as becoming what you were made to be and refusing to cover it.

Display is not performance. It is design plus availability. Amber asks the hard question: are you building a heart that welcomes His consuming fire, or one that smothers it?

These days, saying God does not withhold good can sound like a hot take. Delays feel like denial, and unanswered desire starts to look like proof that He is holding out. 

This episode names that assumption as the oldest lie in Scripture. When it looked like God had left, He was actually clearing the way.
