God said my sheep know my voice and a stranger they will not follow, so His sheep follow Him. There are so many strangers pretending to be representivtives of God but the voice you hear isnt God. What helps you to know whether its God voice is to be familarity with His voice (through the word) also its what these strangers are saying. When you do not hear the voice of God spiritually its hard for you to listen to the person. It also helps to know Gods word so you can recognize whether its Gods message or not.
