I’m really excited to have Teresa Ku-Borden back on the podcast today. If you haven’t already listened, Teresa was on an earlier episode called Art as Outlet and Connection.  Teresa is a doctor and mother living in East Los Angeles and serving the community there. She also happens to be my sister-in-law. Today, she is sharing with us what’s on her Good List: 4 things, big or small, that are bringing joy to small parts of her life. I got this idea from Tsh Oxenrider and her podcast formerly called The Good List. What I love about the Good List, as a mom of young kids, is that it reminds me that incorporating small things or moments that bring joy to my day, can make a really big difference. I’m always inspired by hearing others share what these things are for them, it helps spark ideas for me.
