As we have spoken about often on The Greater Good- achievement does not come easily. After listening, and listening to former US Navy SEAL David Goggins talk on the Joe Rogan Podcast about the idea of "doubling down on your weaknesses" I have been inspired to do so myself. And I did it just as Goggins did- by running. I have taken the thing I am worst at physically and made it the focus of my training program. You can not grow, you can not improve if you are not willing to expose yourself to what is hard. -GET AFTER IT-

College students fall under certain stigmas associated with eating (i.e. gaining weight; eating Ramen). Unfortunately, college students are skipping too many meals.

Rbrey Singleton was inspired to create the SHOP (Students Helping Other Profs). The SHOP is Rowan University's first ever on campus food pantry and resource center available to students in need.
