In this episode we have a good convo with Alex Meacham (Meach). Meach is a founder of a successful AAU program in the Cincinnati Area (Shining Star Sports), author of The Walk of a Lifetime, and former basketball player for the Cincinnati Bearcats. He stresses the importance of having a blue print for your life and sticking to the script once you do. 

A lot of things have been cancelled but theres still things left. The things that matter the most. 

Sometimes you learn through trial and error but its important to unsubscribe from things that no longer serve us so that we don't end up paying for things that aren't serving us in a positive way. What are some things you need to unsubscribe from? 

Dont panic. Don't worry. Don't overthink. Don't get ahead of yourself. BE STILL. 

Stop tryna be cute. 

Life is full of changes and sometimes it hard to let go of what was because we were comfortable with that phase of our life. But we have to let of what was so that we can receive the new things that are coming in our lives. We have to embrace the change. 

What really matters? Death makes you question if you're focusing on what really matters or if you've been majoring in the minors, focusing on things that won't matter in the end.
