Many Christians today talk about the infamous verse in the book of Romans chapter 12, regarding being transformed by the renewing of the mind. Sadly, not many who claim to follow Jesus are truly throwing off the things that entangle and continue to live a life that does not appear to be renewed. Someone described this as a covert Christianity, while others would say they’re busy, and they’re being the salt and light of the Earth. But what does the father in heaven say, what would a true disciple of Jesus think about how we claim to be transformed, yet those who have known us prior to our new birth in Jesus, tend to still think we are the old person. On today’s podcast, I discuss the new creation and Christ, and what that truly means when we are transformed as a disciple of Christ.

When Jesus said He is about the Father’s business- He meant it for all of us who follow Him- so why is busy-ness keeping us from the Father’s business? In this podcast I take a deep dive into to Luke 2 and what it means to be distracted with busy-ness. Is it possible we can deceive our own heart by busy-ness? What do you think?!
