The Good Sauce

Lyle Shelton joins Dave Pellowe to reflect on a decade serving the Australian Christian Lobby, half of that in charge. He discusses the Federal Senate, reflects back on the fight for Marriage, the other issues ACL championed on behalf of all Australians, and the three (or four) best strategies we have to prevail in the war against our Christian heritage and culture.

ALL MY VIDEOS have been demonitised by YouTube. That's as insane as not showing ad's between stories on 60 Minutes because the topics are tough or controversial.

Demonitising social commentary is nothing but Big Corporate censorship trying to make it harder to make a living out of telling the Truth.

Jennifer’s story is controversial and confronting, as well as a powerful story of beauty rising like a phoenix from the ashes of unspeakable destruction. It’s an example of the Good News that Jesus came to preach when He quoted from Isaiah 61 and said He came to give those who mourn, beauty in exchange for their ashes.

"Something beautiful, something good

All my confusion He understood

All I had to offer Him was brokenness and strife

But he made something beautiful of my life."

Jennifer Christie’s story, "Raped While on a Business Trip – My Husband and I Chose Life!" ( http://savethe1.blogspot.com/2014/12/raped-while-on-business-trip-my-husband.html ) went viral after it was published on the blog, SaveThe1.com, in Live Action, Lifenews and Lifesitenews, along with various other publications, with over 1 million shares to Facebook. It’s been translated into many other languages and has appeared across the globe. Readers were touched by her fierce protection of the life of her innocent son, as well as her husband’s loving response upon learning she was pregnant from the brutal rape.

She wrote a follow-up story, "Raped, Married and Pregnant: When People Said We Shouldn’t Have You, We Loved You Louder" ( http://savethe1.blogspot.com/2016/04/raped-married-and-pregnant-when-people.html ), and her husband Jeff also wrote out their story from his own perspective, "My Wife and I Both Saw This Baby As Something Beautiful Coming From Such Evil" ( http://savethe1.blogspot.com/2016/05/my-wife-and-i-both-saw-this-baby-as.html ).

The latest update of her story — with the rapist-murderer having been killed is, "My Son Was Never a 'Rapist’s Baby' or 'Product of Rape' – He’s My Child" ( http://savethe1.blogspot.com/2017/07/my-son-was-never-rapists-baby-or.html ).
