On this episode, I’m diving into one of my biggest guilty pleasures—Dancehall Reggae. Growing up, I fell in love with dancehall after seeing Patra's "Queen of the Pack" video. The bold fashion, the confidence, and especially the unapologetic, sensual dancing captivated me. As a priestess and psychic channeler, people often see me as one-dimensional, but this art form allows me to embrace a different side of myself, a side that loves what some might call "slackness" or "inappropriate behavior." For me, it’s a powerful way to tap into my lush, passionate divine feminine energy. From dancing provocatively in trance-like states to flying to Jamaica just to attend iconic street dances like Passa Passa and Dutty Fridaze, this episode is all about embracing every side of who I am, even the parts that may be deemed unacceptable by modern society.

In this episode, I reflect on rewatching the show Snowfall and how it triggered memories of growing up in Red Hook, Brooklyn, during the height of the crack epidemic. In 1988, LIFE Magazine called Red Hook “the crack capital of America,” and they weren’t exaggerating. My hood was wild; there were shootouts in broad daylight, families torn apart, and kids like me just trying to survive. The rise of crack brought trauma, chaos, and destruction to entire communities. Let’s talk about what happened when crack hit New York City, and the generational damage it left behind.
