John writes to the faithful believers in Asia Minor to warn them about the false teachings that were threatening the church. In this section, he reveals, the correct view of sin, so that Christian’s will not be caught up in self deception. If a Christian acknowledges their sin and walk in holiness, then they are walking in the light (1 John 1:5-2:2).

The book of Daniel is both narrative and apocalyptic in nature. However, this message will be on the apocalyptic side of things. This message was from Daniel 8 and was preached in Loch Leven church. This message will unpack the vision Daniel received from God in chapter 8.

Jesus was rejected by his own hometown and didn’t do much miracles because of their unbelief. Anyway, this did not stop him but he continued to preach the gospel. In this episode, we will see how he began to prepare his disciples for ministry. Mark 6:7-13

Jesus returned to his home town and he was rejected by his own people. They knew him as he grew up in front of them and was without any sin. However, as he returned home, he preached at the local synagogue and the people were amazed at his preaching. The question is, why did they reject him? Mark 6:1-6

Jesus was on his way to heal Jairus daughter but was interrupted by a sick woman. He took time to minister to the woman. As a result, he wasted time and whilst he was speaking to the woman, the worst news came about the girl. The question is, what was really going on with the characters Jesus was dealing with in this stories.

The three accounts in mark 5 shows three helpless people who were trapped by man’s enemies. They were trapped by the devil, disease and death. This episode will focus on the woman with the blood discharge. We’ll also discover why the writer Mark placed the two stories together. Mark 5:21-34

The casting of the man with many demons was a controversial miracle of Jesus. Prior to this, Jesus had just calmed the storm and as he got out of the boat he landed in a Gentile area and found a very disturbed man. In this account, the writer of Mark’s gospel was trying to show his readers something about Christ. Therefore, this message will try to explain the true meaning of this story. Mark 5:1-20.
