Welcome back! Or, if this is your first time joining me, a warm welcome.
Today we begin Week Two of our 10-part journey through pain, grace and supernatural redemption. If Week One was about naming the pain, Week Two is about learning to rise again.
As part of our new series we've incorporated journal prompts for you to see transformation over time as you reflect back on where Jesus takes us.
Journal Prompts:
1. What does the word "sufficient" mean to me today?
2. Where have I been trying to earn or prove something Christ already paid for?
3. How does the idea of Jesus' grace "filling the gap" bring me comfort or challenge?
4. In what ways can I practice relying on grace instead of striving in my own strength?
5. What would it look like to declare, "His grace is enough for me" in my current chapter or season?
As always, any questions or feedback send them to me at:
Grace and peace,

Welcome back to episode 500 of the Peace and Grace of God: Love Wins!
Today's episode is one of the most liberating truths I've ever come to know --reframing weakness as a weapon.
The Apostle Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness."
Paul didn't just quote Jesus - he testified to what it feels like to carry a thorn, ask for it to be removed, and instead hear Heaven reply with grace.
Grace, not removal. Grace, not escape. Grace, not relief --and yet it is enough.
Today's Journaling Prompts:
1. What is the "thorn" I keep asking God to take away? How has He responded?
2. In what ways might this thorn be protecting me from pride or self-reliance?
3. Can I identify a moment when God's grace was enough - even though the problem remained?
4. How have I seen weakness become a testimony for someone else's healing?
5. And finally, what strongholds in my life might God be using for my benefit?
I am hopeful today's episode has blessed you.

Until next time, God bless you!

Today's message is a bold topic, but it's one we must talk about - because the world is full of promises that sound like hope but leave us empty when it matters most.
Jesus doesn't always remove or take away our crosses, but He walks under them with us. That my friends, is the difference between temporary relief and lasting redemption.
My challenge continues for you to grow in Christ and allot yourselves 5-10 minutes to complete these journal prompts:
1. Have you ever turned to a worldly "relief" that promised peace but left you more empty?
2. How has your view of Jesus changed over time - from religion to relationship?
3. What does it mean to you that Jesus walks under the weight of your cross with you?
4. Where do you see counterfeit light trying to replace true intimacy with God?
and finally,
5. Ask the Holy Spirit: "Where am I striving when I should be surrendering?"
Friends, I am hopeful today's message blessed you and you will tune in tomorrow as we explore:
Day 5 - Reframing Weakness as a Weapon
Grace and peace,
Pamela xo
Today we are talking about the elephant in the room:
Have you ever felt invisible in a room full of people?
Talked over? Misrepresented?
Told you were too much or not enough?
You're not alone. And God sees everything.
Our journal prompts for today are:
1. Where have I felt most misunderstood or mislabeled?
2. What emotions arise when I revisit that season?
3. What do I believe God saw that others missed?
4. How might God use that rejection as redirection?
5. Write a letter to your younger self, assuring them of God's presence and purpose.
Grace and Peace,
Pamela xo
Welcome back! Yesterday we talked about when God's grace feels absent - but isn't.
Today, we are stepping into the pleading phase.
"Lord, please take it away."
Our scripture references are:
Psalm 13 and Job 3.
2 Corinthians 12:8-9, "Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"
Our Journal Segment: The Pleading Phase
1. What is your thorn?
2. What did the silence feel like for you?
3. Write your own Psalm 13 Prayer
4. Now, write God's response as if He is speaking gently to your heart.
5. Finish with this declaration:
"Even if the thorn remains, I will not be moved. God's grace is enough for me today."
Grace and Peace,
Pamela xo
Yesterday, we wrapped up our powerful 10-part series Silenced No More, where we confronted pain, betrayal, and spiritual warfare with the voice God gave us.
And today, we begin a brand new journey together: "Grace Through the Wound: 10 Days of Healing, Surrender, and Supernatural Grace."
Our Scripture references for today are:
2 Corinthians 12:7-10 and 1 Corinthians 1:27-28.
This series we have added a journal prompt.
Journal Prompt: What is your thorn?
Is it a memory?
A physical ailment?
A hidden shame?
A relationship?
A chronic battle in the mind?
Write it down. Name it. Bring it before the Lord today.
Grace and Peace,
Pamela Xo

Welcome back to Silenced No More.
This episode is especially close to my heart. We're continuing in our series on the Beatitudes - the blessings Jesus spoke over us from the Sermon on the Mount. But today, we pause and reflect on grief, mourning, and the mysterious comfort God promises us in the very midst of heartache.
Our scripture references are found in: Matthew 5:4 and Psalm 34:18.
Mourning is evidence that we loved deeply. It is an ache that remains when something or someone mattered.
That ache can come from the loss of a loved one, betrayal, broken dreams, or even the collapse of a life you thought was secure.
Tune in today and learn what Jesus says about mourning.
In grace and peace,

Welcome back to Silenced No More.
Today we continue our foundational series on My True Identity in Christ - a message the enemy has fought hard to silence in many of our lives.
I know what it's like to wrestle with identity - to walk through seasons of deep insecurity, confusion, and spiritual resistance.
But God is faithful. Through those very seasons, I've learned a powerful truth: our identity is not shaped by what we've been through - it's shaped by the One who brought us through.
Join me today and take full control of your transformed mind.
Grace and Peace,
Pamela

Join me as we discuss: The enemy opposes the voice destined to speak truth;
The enemy resists the life marked for Kingdom purpose.
And the enemy fears the vessel willing to carry the anointing of God.
