I have obsessive thoughts about doubting God and my salvation. What’s happening to me? Who were the “sons of God” in Job 1? Does forgiving someone always mean you continue to interact with them? I see so many Christians that are not picking up their cross daily and bearing enough fruit. What are your thoughts? How do we love people and yet recognize the reality of sinful lifestyles?
Are you still trying to figure out the death of Christ… while missing out on the resurrection life He has given?
The cross worked. Your old self is buried. You’re fully forgiven – forever. But the real party? That starts with the resurrection. You’ve been raised with Jesus. You’re alive. Righteous. Sanctified. Your new identity is locked in, and your new life is secure because it’s eternal.
So why are so many believers still obsessed with the “old self,” trying to climb back on the cross? In this message, I unpack why the resurrection isn’t just some Easter Sunday detail – it’s the game-changer. Watch now and celebrate the freeing, life-altering truth of having been raised with Christ.
Discussion Questions:What does the parable of the unforgiving servant really mean? Does God only forgive us if we are nice to others? What are your thoughts on Roman Catholics who are in the sin-confess-repeat cycle?
Should believers only consider burial or is cremation okay? When exactly did propitiation happen - during Christ’s sufferings or upon His death? Should I be feeling more about my union with Christ?
How can I more eagerly await the return of Christ? I’ve been away from church for a while for health reasons, and now I feel like I’m coming back to God. What are your thoughts? What do you think of Oswald Chambers and his most well-known book? Should we be water baptized? If so, in what name?
Do we need to ask God for forgiveness every time we sin? If not, what should we do instead? My friend told me I’m not a true Christian, because I believe in grace and don’t think we’re under the Ten Commandments! What did Jesus write in the sand that caused the woman’s accusers to leave?
Is there a new breed of legalism today? Seems like we’re always trying to reinvent legalism and make it more relevant or, conversely, more ceremonial! Why does Paul use the word “if” in Colossians 1:23? It seems like he’s saying we Christians need to hang on for dear life! Is there ever a time when God inspires us to confront a friend about an issue or struggle they’re having? Or is that just being judgmental?
Are we only forgiven positionally? Do we still need to be forgiven relationally? Can we fall in and out of fellowship with God? What about grieving or quenching the Spirit? I called to share my testimony of grace and how I found freedom from lust and pornography! Does the John 13 foot-washing passage mean we Christians need a daily washing? How does 1 John 1:9 fit into the picture?
What if I told you that dying to self – the whole “deny yourself daily” routine – is not only unnecessary but downright counterproductive?
Here’s the mind-blowing truth: You’ve already died. Your old self was crucified with Christ. Jesus didn’t just die for your sins – He included you in that death. And guess what? He didn’t leave you in the tomb. He raised you to life, with a brand-new, righteous heart, and His Spirit who is always with you.
This is the forgotten half of the Gospel that changes everything. The new you? You’re not a slave to sin or a daily mourner of the old self. The flesh? Just leftover “stinking thinking” and not your true identity.
Want to truly grasp how this all works? Click to watch, and you’ll never see sin – or temptation – the same way again. This message is the good news you’ve been waiting for!
Discussion Questions:Somebody told me that believing in the Trinity is idolatry. Are they right? My son is currently in jail for the third time for drugs. What should I do? My friend is into witchcraft, and I don’t know how to handle it!
