Okay so this explosive episode isn’t exclusively a Christmas mystery… people have been bursting into flames spontaneously for centuries, but this case happened at Christmas time, so in the spirit of Christmas here we go! 

A poor farmhand named John would not get the gift he probably wanted from Santa in 1885, instead he awoke to find his employers dead! A foot is all that remained of one, so how do people spontaneously combust? In short we don’t know (it’s a mystery) yet in this episode we look at some of the theories that have been put forward to see if we think they could apply to this case.

Amelia and Natasha team up to present a killer episode. Natasha looks into a well know poison (Arsenic) sharing the facts and discussing its uses, past and present. Amelia then shares with us an unsolved murder mystery, with arsenic used as the murder weapon. A case not short on suspects, three family members die from arsenic poisoning within a year!

Is there more than the three victims? Could it have been an accident? But most importantly if it was murder, who dunnit?
