Serving with great US Navy Sailors was but one of the many honors that was bestowed upon me.  My years aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt, CVN 71 taught me a lot.  I had the opportunity to serve along side and work with some really great Americans.  That said, I also had to opportunity to witness first hand some of the absolute worst leadership EVER.
But, focusing on the positive, the Air Gunner, and the Flight Deck crew during the 1993 Deployment were the best I could have ever asked for.  Please see my Facebook page for a picture of these great men.  Worked hard, and played hard.  These men rarely complained.  They endured everything that came at them. 
I pray that life has been good to them.  They served with honor, and it is me that was blessed to have served with them.
