Today we are discussing how to communicate effectively on video, and my guest is a lady that I personally use to help me with just that.

Not so long ago I was searching YouTube for help on how to use my new Canon M50 camera. There are lots of experts on it, and many have much bigger channels than Diana's. But her videos stood out to me for their clarity, simplicity, and how accurately they spoke to the precise problems I was facing.

She is a truly impressive young lady and in this episode we discuss all things about communicating on camera, including:

• dealing with being an introvert
• how long your video needs to be

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

First identified by psychologists Pauline Rose Clance and Suzanne Imes in their 1978 study, imposter syndrome is characterised by a feeling that you are a fraud; that you are going to be found out because you don't really deserve the successes (accolades, positions, qualifications etc) that you actually have.
