AG Garland recently sued the state of Georgia alleging that its new voting law depresses the rights of Black voters. Simply put, this is an anemic lawsuit. The arguments are weak. The reasoning is tortured. It’s 46 pages, but most of it is irrelevant historical filler. It reminds me of a junior high school paper that is short on substance and long on B.S. I’d give Garland an F grade, and that’s being generous. He should be embarrassed that he put his name behind such a farce.
Garland and the DOJ claim that Georgia’s new law restricts the rights of Black voters. In truth, it actually expands voter access in many meaningful ways, which Garland completely ignores. Instead, he focuses on new rules affecting absentee ballots and voter ID.

The most despicable member of Congress is hands down, Adam Schiff. No contest.

The monicker “Fauci The Fraud” is gaining strong currency.
Newly unearthed emails show that Dr. Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to the president during the pandemic, knew at the outset that there was compelling evidence that the COVID-19 virus “looked (potentially) engineered” by scientists in a laboratory and may well have escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Instead of being honest, Fauci worked sedulously to cover-it up and blame the deadly virus on a spontaneous transmission in the wild. He was frantic that Americans would discover the truth about a virus that ravaged the world. By concealing the incriminating evidence, Fauci was protecting himself. He was hiding his own questionable role in the funding of the dangerous experiments at the very lab where the lethal contagion may have leaked recklessly into the environment. He then compounded his malfeasance by giving false and misleading statements to Congress under questioning.

Barack Obama knew that Joe Biden as President would be a train wreck. It’s why he reportedly warned allies, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f*** things up.”

The guilty verdicts in the trial of Derek Chauvin could have been a moment of unity —an example of equal justice under law. But Biden, who vowed during his inauguration to be a unifying force, decided to gin up the division and incite hatred. He condemned Americans —all Americans, it seemed— as racists. He pronounced “systemic racism” as “a stain on our nation’s soul.” So there you have it. You’re guilty. Biden said so.

Joe Biden’s rise in American politics has always been stupefying –much like the man himself. Famous for his lack of intellectual heft and mindless gaffes, Biden is one of those curious individuals who has managed to fail upwards. So much so, he became President of the United States. Biden proves the argument once made by the late Columbia University professor Walter Pitkin who wrote, “Most of the power in politics resides in the hands of more or less stupid people.” There are exceptions, of course. Biden is not one of them.

Joe Biden has his head stuck in the sand, as the border crisis evolves into a humanitarian, economic, and security disaster. You can hear him muttering, “Crisis? What Crisis?” Shrinks have a name for it —denialism. It’s when a person chooses to deny verifiable reality to avoid an uncomfortable truth. Biden is a classic case.
Faced with an overwhelming number of migrants streaming across our southern border, the newly elected president refuses to recognize that it’s a “crisis” of his own making. He invited them here. And they obliged. Hundreds of thousands of them.
Yet, he stubbornly refuses to go to the border to see the chaos for himself. Because, you know…seeing is believing. And that’s the last thing Biden wants to do. If he doesn’t yank his head out of the sand soon and fix the mess he created, the term “crisis” will seem like a trite cliche.

“Randy Andy” Cuomo is finished. He just doesn’t know it yet. Like a sailor who’s desperately trying to weather a hurricane-force storm, his boat is destined to sink to the bottom. There is no lifejacket and no chance of survival. Still, he clings to the arrogant belief that he is invincible while denying that his foolishness is to blame for his predicament.
