The premise on which the show is founded is that we all have shameful or uncomfortable secrets that we squirm through privately on a daily basis; and here is a space you may share without judgement, if you’d like.

Each 30-60 minute episode gently breaks stigma, allowing guests to feel strong about their vulnerability, ultimately ‘healing loudly’.
