The girls get together to talk about the awesomeness that is Grace Motorsports, the terror of the Indy500, that race in Spain and introduce the shiny new Grid Girls recap (which still needs intro music).

The girls finally make a podcast (on their 3rd attempt) and talk about Kimi Raikkonen killing it on mediums, Nico Rosberg finding his balls, Lewis Hamilton's schlong and why the hell there's a race in Baku. Oh and Bahrain.

The girls catch up chat about China, the unchanged top 3, how many marshals it takes to move a Toro Rosso and just how easy it is to miss the pit lane entry (For Real, Pastor?). Attention is also paid to Indy Cars, the return of GP2 and whether #7 is Fast and Furious enough.

OMG. There was a race. We mean it wasn't great but there was a race and qualifying and 3 FP's and a considerable amount of pre-race drama and cars imploding prior to the start and the 2015 season is underway and really, we'll take what we can get.

The girls talk about the Sauber Drama Llama (Sasky nerds out), Mark Webber's commentary skills and how we'd like Williams just to put Susie Wolff in the damn car. Oh and the race (and how many "Well, you tried" stickers McLaren need).

The girls (finally) catch up, only a week after the Malaysian Grand Prix was won by not a a Mercedes. They talk about sparkly eagles, the Formula E, America, Nico Rosberg needing to chill and how they ain't even mad at Sebbie V. (Oh and Bernie's bad ideas.)

It's the last of the pre-season testing round ups and with only 11 days until the Australian GP, the girls can hardly contain their excitement. Literally, we're really excited. The girls cover two rounds of Barcelona testing, Fernando Alonso's accident, the Carmen Jorda situation and how stupid the new rule regarding driver helmets is. OH, and predictions.

It's the Pre-Season and whilst we're waiting for Australia (21 days away) let's talk driver changes, missing teams, Jerez, livery and whether Force India are the new Lotus.
