9.Honor Your Loved One: Create a memorial or celebrate their life.

When we think about "grief," we typically think about losing someone close to us. We may not consider that someone who has experienced adoption also experience grief. During this episode, we spoke with Talitha Abell, and she shared her grief journey of being adopted. Talitha spoke about what it was like to search for and  find her birth family at the age of 45 and how she felt like she had a dual identity.
