Big Idea: When God lets you down, ask Him why.
Problem: We feel God has let us down but never question Him directly.
Solution: Go and question God directly and He will give you hope and knowledge of Him.
Vision: Together, be a shelter for honest questions that leads to hope and intimacy with God.
Steps to Change: 1. Acknowledge how God let you down. 2. Question Him in His presence. 3. Find Hope in God’s presence. 4. Enter into a deeper knowledge of God.
Step of Faith: Stop questioning God alone. Bring your doubts about God directly to Him. Trust Him enough to hear you, enter your struggle, and be your hope. You will come out knowing God and being known by Him more than ever.
Short Summary: God encourages us to confront Him with our feelings of disappointment in Him. He is our shelter to question Him, and the church is a shelter for honest questions about Him.
